Gohan had better feats, but Vegeta was implied to be 2nd strongest.Whatnot by his ki allowing Goku to overcome Broly, Vegeta treating Goku as the one to surpass instead of Gohan. and the others coaxing Vegeta into fighting Broly, when if he was weaker, he'd be of no use.

And you have no evidence, I have, ive showed you three seperate occasions in the anime/movie where M8 Vegeta looks exactly the same as CG Vegeta and you ignore it completely, all you basically said is "Vegeta is ASSJ, you are wrong, here is a link to someone else saying how strong LSSJ Broly is).. Im not saying that M8 Vegeta is as strong as CG Vegeta tho, powers dont match the manga or anime, they go with their own thing (usually putting Goku at the top), what im saying is that Vegeta was MSSJ (or regular SSJ, color scheme might be wrong but his hair looks yellow instead of golden) and not ASSJ in the movie. Trunks however gets bigger, i will give you that but then again, i never argued about Trunks, its Vegeta im talking about. But there is a clear difference between ASSJ and SSJ/MSSJ and if you just watch the movie then you see that hes never ASSJ There is a very visible decrease in muscle mass in Vegeta as he goes from ASSJ to Base after Broly first transforms to LSSJ here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hXBrmlcADJA&feature=player_detailpage#t=197 Quote: Did Goku get bored half way through and go "Eh...4 months is plenty let's go Gohan." The theory is that they exited mid way through their Rosat training because Trunks and Vegeta managed to defeat Cell and someone went to tell Goku and Gohan in the rosat that the threat of Cell was over. So that Cell games 50% Goku is Goku's full power in the movie cause he didn't get any stronger than that thanks to Vegeta and Trunks taking care of business. It would seem to fit kinda since Gohan's hair in movie 8 is shorter than it was in the cell games, and nobody seems to be the least bit worried about Cell in the movie.
